We're always meeting with winemakers and tasting great wines on the search for great bottles for our own cellars or to serve with Daniel Rose's cooking at Spring Restaurant in Paris. Spring Wine Club USA is a way for you to discover some of our current favorites, and have them delivered to your door directly from Spring in Paris.

Spring Wine Club USA sends 3 shipments per year:
- $500 per twelve bottle shipment, including shipping fees.
- Twelve bottles of hand-picked, hard to find, artisan French wines
- (two bottles each of six different wines)
- Write-ups about the wines, regions, and winemakers

What type of wines will I receive?
We'll send you a selection of our current favorite wines - these are often the same wines we serve at Spring Restaurant. We love wines that go well with food, are easy to drink, and taste great. We enjoy wines that have a a sense of place, and tend to select many wines that are produced with minimal intervention from organic or biodynamically grown grapes -- but taste is always the guiding factor before anything else. We shy away from overextracted, high-alcohol wines.
What if I only drink red wine? Only white wine? And I don't like sparkling wine?
Really, you don't drink Champagne? Seriously, if you have specific requests, just let us know. We'll be happy to leave out the delicious white wines....or the Champagne.....
Can I join the club if I want less than 12 bottles at a time?
We ship the wines to you directly from Paris, and the shipping cost is per case of 12 bottles.
Isn't the shipping expensive?
Shipping is included, and many of the wines are not readily available in the US. Keep in mind that you don't have to pay the French TVA tax on wine shipments, and we are buying the wine directly from the producers, so the wines are fairly priced compared. We do research all prices for what's available in the US before shipping and don't want to send you anything you can get for the same price nearby.
